Is registration required to browse property listings?
Unregistered visitors can browse public listings. Creating an account enables saved searches, preference tracking, direct enquiry management, and listing publishing permissions.
Can an account classification or role be modified after registration?
Yes. If your corporate structure, agency capacity, or platform usage changes, contact aphadmin@assetspropertyhub.com to adjust your account classification.
Do real estate agents need a franchise affiliation to publish listings?
No. AsetraX is engineered specifically to support independent agents, boutique agencies, and private landlords alongside larger corporate networks.
Are buyer enquiries, sales, or financial returns guaranteed upon registration?
No. AsetraX provides listing display, search directory, and digital advertising services. AsetraX does not warrant or guarantee buyer leads, enquiries, sales conversions, capital growth, or rental yield returns.
Does AsetraX provide legal, financial, or tax advice during onboarding?
No. AsetraX is not a real estate agency, financial adviser, conveyancer, or legal practice. Users must conduct independent due diligence and obtain qualified professional advice regarding real estate transactions, foreign buyer compliance (OIA / FIRB), and tax liabilities.
