What is the standard response timeline for inquiries?

Can AsetraX assist in selecting the appropriate Membership Plan?
Yes. Submit your professional role, agency structure, and current portfolio listing volume, and our compliance team will recommend the appropriate subscription tier under the AsetraX Membership Terms.
Can properties be published without an active Membership?
No. Property publishing permissions are governed strictly by active Membership subscriptions and platform terms. Contact our team to review current onboarding pathways.
Can AsetraX verify foreign buyer eligibility (OIA or FIRB) for a listed asset?
No. AsetraX does not provide statutory advice or independently certify whether a property satisfies the Overseas Investment Act 2005 (NZ) or Australian Foreign Investment Review Board (“FIRB”) rules. Advertising listers bear absolute legal responsibility for the accuracy of statutory tags, and buyers must secure independent legal counsel.
Does AsetraX handle property sales transactions or client trust funds?
No. ASETRAX LIMITED is not a licensed real estate agency, does not perform real estate agency work under section 4 of the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 (NZ), and does not collect, hold, or disburse client trust monies. All contracts and financial transfers occur directly between the principal parties and their licensed representatives.
