SUBSCRIPTION TIERS & PRICING SCHEDULE

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly specified. Standard GST of 15% applies at checkout where applicable. Memberships operate on a monthly recurring subscription cycle. AsetraX does not charge or collect percentage success fees or real estate sales commissions.

COMMERCIAL MEMBERSHIP & BILLING DISCLOSURE

1. Recurring Billing Cycles & Automatic Renewal

• Continuous Monthly Subscriptions: All AsetraX Membership plans (Agent, Agency, and Developer) operate on a recurring 30-day monthly billing cycle.
• Automated Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period using your registered payment method unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your Account Dashboard.
• Cancellation & Access: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your listing allocations and profile features remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.

2. Pricing, Currencies & Goods and Services Tax (GST)

• Base Currency: All membership fees are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
• Tax Inclusions: Advertised prices exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated. Standard 15% New Zealand GST is automatically calculated and applied at checkout for New Zealand-based accounts.
• Zero Percentage Commissions: AsetraX operates strictly on a flat-fee subscription basis. We do not charge, collect, or deduct percentage sales commissions or success fees on property sales, leases, or project inquiries.

3. Account Upgrades, Downgrades & Capacity Adjustments

• Instant Upgrades: You can upgrade your plan (e.g., from Starter Agent to Pro Agent) at any time from your dashboard to instantly unlock higher listing allocations and additional featured placements. Upgrades are charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of your billing cycle.
• Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Please ensure your active inventory matches the capacity of the lower tier prior to the renewal date.

4. Payment Gateway Security

• PCI-DSS Compliant Processing: All financial payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways (Stripe, Inc. and PayPal Holdings, Inc.).
• Data Security: AsetraX does not store, retain, or process full primary card numbers or security CVV codes on platform servers.

5. Marketplace Presentation & Performance Disclaimer

• Advertising Exposure: Membership fees cover digital profile hosting, search directory placement, and advertising infrastructure.
• No Conversion Guarantees: AsetraX does not warrant or guarantee buyer traffic, specific enquiry volumes, sales conversions, or monetary returns. Third-party transaction, legal, and conveyancing arrangements remain the exclusive responsibility of the Lister.

Does AsetraX charge a percentage sales commission on property transactions?

No. AsetraX operates strictly on a subscription service model and does not collect percentage commissions, success fees, or transaction cuts on property sales or leases. Third-party brokerage, conveyancing, and transaction costs remain the sole responsibility of the relevant parties.

Are buyer enquiries or property sales guaranteed under a plan?

No. Membership provides access to the Platform advertising infrastructure and listing directory. AsetraX does not guarantee buyer traffic, lead enquiries, sales conversions, or specific commercial outcomes.

Can a Member upgrade their subscription tier?

Yes. Members may upgrade their plan via the user dashboard whenever additional listing capacity or featured allocations are required.

Is AsetraX available to Australian property professionals?

Yes. AsetraX is fully configured for eligible agents, corporate agencies, developers, and property managers operating across New Zealand and Australia.

What legal responsibilities do listers bear regarding listing accuracy?

AsetraX is a marketplace listing and digital advertising directory. It does not independently verify listing claims, licensing credentials, property boundary lines, investment yield projections, or statutory foreign buyer designations. Listers bear absolute legal responsibility for ensuring their content is truthful, accurate, and compliant with applicable real estate, advertising, consumer protection, privacy, tax, and foreign investment statutes.
