Statutory Non-Agency Exclusion

Unless explicitly established under a separate, fully executed written contract, ASETRAX LIMITED is not:

1. A licensed real estate agency, real estate salesperson, or property manager under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 (NZ) or equivalent state and territory real estate legislation across Australia;
2. A conveyancing service, legal practice, registered surveyor, or certified property valuer; or
3. A licensed financial adviser, mortgage broker, or investment advisory entity under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (NZ) or the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

ASETRAX LIMITED does not participate in contract negotiations, execute property sales or lease agreements, hold client trust funds, or offer individualized legal, tax, or financial advice.
