Is it really free right now?
Yes. During beta, all registrations and listings are completely free, no card required, no commitment. You can create your account, build your profile, and add listings today at no cost. When paid plans activate at public launch, beta members who stay on the platform receive Founding Member pricing locked in for 12 months.

What happens when beta ends?
When beta closes, paid plans activate. You’ll be notified in advance with clear timelines, there are no surprises. If you’re already on the platform as a Founding Member, your rate is locked for 12 months from the date plans go live. Join after launch and you pay the standard rate.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime directly from your dashboard. Downgrading follows the same process at the end of your current billing cycle. If you’re unsure which plan fits your volume, start lower, you can always scale up as your pipeline grows.

Are there commissions or hidden fees?

What’s the difference between standard and featured listings?
Standard listings appear in search results based on relevance and recency. Featured listings get elevated placement, appearing at the top of category and regional search results and showcased on the AsetraX homepage to APAC buyer traffic. Higher-tier AsetraX membership plans include more featured slots because featured placement consistently drives more enquiries.

I’m a boutique agency with 3 agents. Which plan is right for us?
The Growth Agency AsetraX membership plan is the most common starting point for boutique agencies, 75 listings, 30 images per listing, and 15 featured placements covers a solid multi-agent portfolio without overcommitting.
